Floral Purchase

  • Place an order preferably  3 days prior to the event or occasion date & time.

  • Occasion or event name

  • Flowers & leaves of the choice of the receipient. Alternate choice can be mentioned if the original choice of the receipient is not available. You will be informed if the Floral arrangement is made with the original choice or the alternate one or a combination of both.

  • There is NO GUARANTEE that the arrangement/display will contain ALL of the flowers/leaves/containers requested. It depends on the availability.
  • Payment will be received by cash or cheques(preferably) only.

  • Delivery date & time of the previous day or the same day of the occasion is required.

  • If interested, a small personalised greeting card can be ordered to go along with the arrangement. This will be an additional cost.

  • Each of the floral arrangements are designed, created & customized exclusively to each individual's choices, personality, occasion, flowers, leaves, flower container and other relative factors. Requests made from the Floral Paradise Gallery cannot be replicated or duplicated but an attempt can be made to look similar but NOT GUARANTEED.

Floral Contract

  • A Floral Contract is made for a minimum 3 months.
  • It can be a weekly or a biweekly order.
  • One free floral display from Woodrose Village, upon signing the contract.
  • Maintenance instructions will come along with the order.
  • Delivery will be made to the location mentioned in the contract
  • A 15-day notice is required for terminating the contract, if the contract has to be terminated before the agreed date mentioned in the contract. And the month's notice date starts 2 weeks after the delivery of the free floral display.
  • More details will be available in the contract based on each of the customer's floral requests.
